Program Structure 

Qualification: Certificate (1 Year)

Total Length: 46 Weeks

Delivery Method: Hybrid (Online + In‑person fieldwork)

  • 32 weeks of online academic training

  • 14 weeks of in‑Canada fieldwork

Term 1 – Foundations (16 Weeks)

You will learn the basics of early childhood education, child development, safety, and communication.

Term 2 – Practical Skills (10 Weeks)

You will build practical and observation skills used in real childcare environments.

Term 3 – Family & Inclusion (6 Weeks)

You will focus on family engagement and inclusive childcare practices.

Fieldwork in Canada

  • Fieldwork II – 7 weeks

Tuition & Payment Information

  • Total Tuition: $22,500 CAD

  • Payment Method: Paid in 3 instalments

 

Instalment Breakdown

Instalment 1 – Initial Deposit
💲 $7,500 CAD

  • Due upon acceptance into the program

  • Secures your seat for the selected intake

  • Required before Letter of Acceptance (LOA) issued

Instalment 2 – Program Onset Payment
💲 $7,500 CAD

  • Due within 30 days of start of classes

  • Confirms continuation into advanced coursework and fieldwork preparation

Instalment 3 – Final Payment
💲 $7,500 CAD

  • Due 90 days after second payment, 120 days after start of classes

  • Required prior to final placement and employment transition

Additional fees:

  • Application Fee: $153.50 CAD

  • Resume and Document Review Fee: $251.50

  • Immigration Fee (varies according to family size)

Winter 2026 (30 seats available)

  • Program starts: 2 March 2026

  • Application deadline: 13 February 2026

Fall 2026 (less than 50 seats)

  • Program starts: 7 September 2026 

  • Application deadline: 1 August 2026

 

Winter 2027 (less than 50 seats)

  • Program starts: 4 January 2027

  • Application deadline: 1 December 2026

Due to the limited seats in each intake, the overages will most likely be offered seats in subsequent intakes. Interested candidates are advised to apply early.

Eligibility Requirements 

Basic Eligibility (PNP‑Aligned)

  • English language level: CLB 8 overall (Listening & Speaking at least CLB 7)

  • Minimum age: 21 years

  • At least 6 months of ECE‑related education

  • At least 12 months of full‑time paid work experience in ECE 

  • Clear intention to live and work in province 

 

Documents Required for Application

  • Completed application form

  • Passport biodata page

  • High school certificate and transcripts

  • Post‑secondary certificates and/or degrees (if applicable)

  • Transcripts- proof of ECE related education

  • Updated resume (CV)

  • Employment letters confirming duties, job title, salary, and dates

  • Two reference letters

  • Volunteer verification letter

  • Proof of application fee payment

 

Health & Background Requirements (in-Canada)

  • Police Certificate / Certificate of Conduct

  • Vulnerable Sector Check

  • Medical certificate confirming required immunizations

  • Tuberculosis (TB) screening if required by provincial health authorities
