Project Canada is a platform of three companies-

ElshCap Consult provides services in Business Investment and Development, Educational Consultancy and Educational Tourism in Canada.
ElshCap prime operational areas are Education, Agriculture and Entrepreneurship. We have ongoing and planned programs including international engagements aimed at ideas exchange, investments, educational tourism, and information technology transfer.
Initiatives include an agricultural investment workshop to be scheduled for 2022. It will serve as a bridge for Nigerian farmers to come establish farms in Newfoundland and Labrador. Watch out for this.
